This knife features stamped construction making for a lighter, thinner blade and a medium patented black polyamide handle that is textured and slip-resistant when wet for maximum safety. The knife is ergonomically designed, lightweight and balanced to reduce tension in the wrist. Honing steel can be used throughout its lifetime to re-sharpen the blade back to its original sharpness.
