The JT Eaton Rodent Rock™ 2G With Paver is a discrete, versatile, secure bait station that passes itself off as an ordinary garden rock. It can be baited for mice, rats, and even insects. It features a push and release lock system for added security and holes in the bottom and back for easy anchoring. The removable insert tray will accomodate JT Eaton Bait Blocks, Jawz traps, and Stick-Em glue traps. It will not accommodate Rat traps other than the JT Eaton Jawz. It's a great bait station for locations that require discretion such as restaurants, schools, and hospitals. It comes complete with a built-in paver for secure installation, service logs, bait holder rods and keys.

I'm currently setting up 4 of these stations and I have to say the design and overall construction of these bait station is quite nice, especially the paving block option.\nI like how they sit in the dirt once the area is prepped for them, however one thing I quickly realized is that if any dirt gets into the locking mechanism, the lock can bind leading to big problems real fast as the station cannot be opened easily, without possibly damaging the locking mechanism.\nI would have given this product 5 stars if it had a better lock, but overall I am still very happy as these stations sit very securely in the ground once put in place, the design of the entry and exits holes for the rats to pass in and out of is very good and logical, and I like that there is a tray inside which [personal preference] I put some dirt in as well from the immediate area.\nI plan on using either the traps designed for this station [if I can find them for sale] or go with the JT Eaton peanut bait as right now I just have these stations in place while I decide which path to follow.
