WCS™ Whistle Pig Woodchuck Paste Bait

A nice smear on a cabbage leaf, and you've got a woodchuck. Smells nice and sweet. Won't ferment in your truck like natural fruit.

Well, my title probably says it all. My hopes and dreams for the product were high. I watched the video, Put the cabbage on the wire painted the woodchuck bait on it, and hung it up in the trap. Set the trap near the groundhog hole. Momma hog came out with 3 of her six piglets. They walked round and round the trap but never went inside. I set the trap for 4 days with fresh cabbage, strawberries, and apples. Never saw the groundhogs even get near the trap. I guess momma taught them what to avoid. I ended up using mothballs. No more Groundhogs they left town. Sorry, I did not get the results others have got. But I tried.

I set three traps outside my barn, where at least 4 groundhogs have burrowed. I slathered the woodchuck bait on three halves of cabbage to lure the groundhogs into each of the traps. In a matter of 1.5 hours, I managed to snare two of the groundhogs. By the end of the day, I caught the third. It’s been nearly two days since, and no fourth. I think it got wise and (I hope) skedaddled! Can’t recommend the groundhog bait more highly. It’s terrific stuff. Certainly has worked for me, so far.

You have to mix up your bait tactics, this stuff works, it helps out a lot, and it smells good. I highly recommend it.

100% amazing. I've put this on a sponge as I forgot a piece of fruit so I had to adapt and overcome, got the chuck within 2hrs. This stuff works too good! They will most definitely come to this bait.

I noticed I had a woodchuck digging under my deck. I immediately set a trap with carrots dipped in Whistle Pig, about 5:00 in the afternoon. Came back just before dark and had him! He ate all the carrots and was calm and seemed happy. Took him out of the area and let him go. The stuff works great, smells good too!

I have seen this product work like a charm, but I either have a very smart groundhog OR it can't smell. The bugger sits outside the trap, looks inside, strolls past, etc. ANYTHING except going in and enjoying a nice tasty whistle pig meal. I can't figure it out, but I do know that it works and works well because I had someone else come with the stuff and it caught a big male several years ago.

The trap and bait works well, all the products I got from WCS is good quality and prices.
