WCS™ Raccoon Eviction

Had a mom and three kits under the house in a location that no one could actually reach. She moved kits out within 24 hours of us using this.

This product worked for us when nothing else did. We had a mother raccoon and three kits living in our attic for six weeks. We bought and installed an expensive strobe light and played loud music. All she did was relocate her nest to another part of the attic. I purchased the 4 oz size. It arrived the next day. We were able throw a couple tennis balls with the scent near her nest and put a rag at the roof entrance. In less than 48 hours she took all her kits and left.....WONDERFUL !

It took around 24 hours, but mama & babies packed their bags and hit the road. Excellent product. Far less expensive than calling a professional.

I had a mother with 3 kits living in my attic, she pulled the light from the soffit to get in. I tried trapping her but she always stole the bait. Then I discovered Raccoon Eviction Fluid and she and the kits relocated within 24 hrs, THANK GOD. I was quoted $1000 for the 1st animal and $200 each additional. This product saved me $1600. Strangely enough once she moved that same night I caught on the camera another raccoon trying to move in but once it caught the scent, it didn't stay around. So this product saved me twice. We recently had a raccoon take up residency in our chimney and were pretty sure it was a new mom. Frustrated at the prospect of paying several hundred dollars for a trap/relocation that may not work, we decided to give this a try. The fluid itself smells absolutely terrible, but worked better than advertised. Within 15 minutes of rag placement, mom was sighted crossing the street with a baby in her mouth, then another and another. Less than two hours later, all were gone. We couldn't be happier. Time to have the chimney capped!

I had a raccoon have babies in my attic and I called around a bunch of places and they all quoted me well over $600 and didn’t even guarantee that everything would be out. I soaked a rag good with the stuff And it worked on the second night and all I had to do was pay, a little extra and it shipped quickly to my house. The stuff is amazing and this company is amazing! This stuff is amazing. Work 2 hours after application. The baby was screaming and mom showed up and pulled out the baby. Reapply the next day. Put a plastic bag in the soffit hole to see if there was any activity while I was not a home. I was told if the bag was not knock out for two days, the den was relocated. Problem solved!

I received a delivery of this product at 2:30 via UPS. Had a raccoon in the attic but by 5:30 she was gone and made quit a racket trying to get out!

We decided to give this a try after being quoted a ridiculous amount for removal. Within 6 hours of us placing some soaked rags around the entrances where raccoons were entering and leaving, the mother took her babies and left! Worked like magic!
