Bird Barrier Optical Gel™ may be used to deter unwanted birds (feral pigeons, gulls, etc.) from roosting on buildings and other structures. Bird Barrier Optical Gel™ is supplied in ready-to-use plastic-dish containers and is the easiest bio-tech solution you'll ever install. It's natural and safe for us, and yes...even for the birds. But they HATE IT! These should be affixed to surfaces with commercially available silicone adhesive or other suitable/removable adhesive. Optical Gel™ is a proprietary Minimum Risk Pesticide exempt from Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) USA EPA registration under 40 CFR § 152.25(f).

I tried bird spikes but the birds built nests on the spikes. I removed the spikes and replaced with these and the birds are gone. Highly recomend.

Easiest form of bird work. Period. Clean surface, apply discs, no birds. Make sure to follow spacing recommendations.

I have been battling seagulls on one of our older buildings for quit some time and found most devices to be ineffective, I stumbled on the optical gel and decided to give it a try, this is the second year I have used them and they seem to really work well.

We have a myna bird problem (starling family) I put them on my roof and prominent areas around my property and the myna birds are staying away they are a big nuisance but the gels are working.
