The Tomahawk Model TLT1010SS is a Professional Series Live Trap for raccoon, woodchucks, armadillos, and similar sized animals. This cage trap measures 30Lx10Wx10H. This space saving trap is 2" less in length and 2" less in height than our traditional sized raccoon traps. This means more precious space in your service vehicle where every inch counts.
This trap features 1/2" X 1" - 14 gauge galvanized wire mesh combined with 1/4" galvanized steel frame. This mesh and frame pattern is the perfect balance of weight for carrying and superior strength for durability and quality. The tight mesh pattern also prevents critters from reaching into the trap and stealing bait or reaching out of the trap from within and damaging lawns, roofs, decks, and other property.
Tomahawk Pro Series traps are built with stronger materials and more demanding specifications to withstand daily abuse from both animals and employees.

The cage part is very strong. The metal piece that when stepped upon springs the trap seems a bit flimsy. This is the part that was damaged on my previous trap. I just started using this purchase so I'll need some time to see how it holds up.

These are awesome traps, have bought 6 throughout the years. Two have been stolen, ran one over with my truck but other than than no raccoon, fox or groundhog has been able to break the trap mechanism or escape once trapped. Placing another order now.
