Collarum Canine Bait (CCB) causes an excellent "bite & pull" response from all canines, which is necessary for activating the Collarum. Originally developed as an M44 bait, CCB also is an excellent performer at grub stakes, walk throughs, and dirt hole sets. As an added bonus we have found this canine meat-based food bait to be an excellent spring skunk & raccoon bait. Don't let the name fool you, CCB is the Original "Grab & Pull" bait and is a bait which all canines find extremely attractive, and aggressively pursue, no matter what the set or circumstance.

I'm giving the Collarum traps a try and figured I'd try the bait that was created for them and had a long success with the previous M44s. Just got the traps out the other day so don't know how this is yet but it has a good history of working so I'm confident. Has a "good" smell and not terribly strong like some other lures/bait I've used. You can actually keep this in a ziplock and it won't stink up your entire truck.

Coyotes usually travel in the area every week to two weeks. Set the trap with the bait. Caught a large male in less than a week. Need to reset the trap to catch the next one. Awesome product.

Recently tried this on homemade grubstakes and it was a first night success. I don't find many lures or baits that work that fast. This was done on a test plot with five other top rated baits. It was revisited on the next three days as well.
