Perfect Design But Way Too Small for TNR

It's mating season AGAIN for stray and feral cats in the neighborhood and it's stressful, trying to get all the strays "fixed" before the unhoused cat population quadruples. It's so stressful that, in my search for the perfect lifetime-of-use trap, with the unicorn REAR SLIDING DOOR feature, I pulled the trigger when I found this one, the only one I've been able to find that appeared solid and had what I was looking for. Thus, I was waiting with great expectations. But then I arrived home to see the box containing THIS trap sitting on my porch, right next to a standard-sized TNR (TrapNeuterRelease) trap, which are12" tall x 10" wide x 32" long, I knew I'd messed up. I was just SO hung up on finding a TNR trap with an up-and-down BACK DOOR that I didn't READ the description. The road to H*** is paved with people saying, "But it looked so much BIGGER in the picture!". I sincerely hope somebody reads this and decides it might not be a bad idea to make this EXACT SAME perfectly-designed trap in the larger TNR size. I'd buy FOUR if they were at least 12" high, 10"wide, and 25" long, and had space enough for food, water, and a recently-spayed female feral cat to move around in a bit while recovering from surgery FOR THREE DAYS in the trap. None of my traps have a rear sliding door so I know all about the problems associated with repeatedy getting food and water to a feral cat, over DAYS, without it pushing past me and getting loose in the house, or me winding up in the ER after being attacked while trying to temporarily care for it. It's quite dangerous, but it REALLY matters, especially with a rogue possum murdering whole litters of kittens terrorizing the block. Despite my dissatisfaction over the size (which is ENTIRELY my fault!), I will say this is a trap that could, if properly cared for, last a generation or more. It's VERY sturdy and ready to use right out of the box (no plyers, cutters, or zip ties... no sore or cut fingers from all the jerry-rigging!). But I would caution anyone looking at this trap to, please, heed the dimensions. Size-wise, if your possums, raccoons, or groundhogs are as chonky as the one's in MY hard... this trap likely won't be big enough to get the job done. But if you're after squirrels, rabits, small possums...? You're probably good.
PLEASE MAKE THIS TRAP IN TNR SIZE. It's just a far-superior design to everything else out there.
Note From Store Owner: We're glad to heard that you thought that our trap was a perfect design. As you stated, that trap is too small for most cats. We do offer a larger size, WCS™ Special Pro 30" Cage Trap (also available with the rear release door). Let us know if you need any help placing your order, thanks again!

I now have several of these traps. I use them primarily for skunks and they work great. Trap is well built and has features that are helpful like the small mesh wire sides and bottom and the rear door.
