The door worked exactly as it was supposed to. We had a nuisance squirrel problem that kept coming and going from the house. It outsmarted our trap and we could never be sure when it was gone to plug up the hole. With this door, the squirrel went out within an hour and has been unable to return since. The professionals wanted $800 to put out a one way door for us. This was a much better option. The side panels were nice because we could use bricks on the sides to keep it in place against the concrete. I highly recommend this product.
