The "Big Foot" 110 sized Self Supporting Body Grip Trap measures 4.5" x 4.5" and is completely stainless steel, even the trigger wires. The joints where the jaws meet are brass fittings which are brazed together, much like the Jack Frost traps for those of you who remember them. The trap is unique in that the bottom jaws spread approximately twice the distance as the top, making an accessort stabilizer unnecessary in many situations. The "Big Foot" stands by itself!!

This stands perfectly upright in a conibear box made with 1X8" with minimal tipping and movement. Found it difficult to stabilize trap in box and was getting a lot of front to back tipping even with very narrow 3/8" slot cut This stands upright by itself and being stainless works fantastically.
