I've used electrical tape, rubber and vinyl tubing, and these are the only ones I see myself buying anymore. They work VERY well. They advertise them working on 1/16 - 1/8" cable and I can vouch for that. I like having one whammy that fits all supports and cable size that I use, and it holds the cable tight enough to invert the loop. Excellent product.
